Sayings...

The things they say.... Alexander has now for about a year mixed up the word forehead. For a while I thought he almost had it right but now he's back to saying... anytime he has a headache or bumps his head or anything to do with his head..... "Mom... my head-ford hurts!" It's so funny to me that a boy who started talking as early as he did and talks as well as he does always mixes up that one word :-) ***** As my friend Katie says "to be inside the head of a child for a day!" Today as we were driving Alexander asked me.... "mom... when a dinosaur ate a carrot did he turn orange?" :-) (Where do they come up with these thoughts :-)????) Also today we drove by a construction site and on our way home (which was only 15-20 minutes later) we passed it again, but Alexander comments... (he apparently is much more observant than I :-) "Wow... look how much more they've got done, they're almost done!" ****************************************************
And just so I remember.... Emma's vocabulary words at 18 months... EEEEEEEE = blankie :-) MAAAAAAAAAA = mom DAAAAAAAAAA = dad Tease = please Tssss = Shoes Booo = Poo :-) Zuice = juice Bye = bye Shaking her head Yes is ALWAYS a definite "Yes" Shaking her head No can be either "Yes" or "No" :-)
